Benefits

1. Register

Fill out an online registration form. You need an ID card, a driver´s license, and a student card.

2. Verify

Once registered, fill out an activation form. Upload all your identity documents. Afterward, we will verify them and activate your account (this should not take more than 48 hours).

3. Download the app

Download the app from App Store or Google Play, set up a password, add a payment card, make your first reservation and you are ready to go!

1. Choose a car

Our app will show you all the necessary steps to reserve a car. You can see the position of all available cars on the map. Choose whichever you want and reserve it. You can also see the list of all available vehicles in the menu as “vehicles”

2. Check

After reserving the car, you have 15 minutes free of charge to pick up and check it. It is important to check the car's condition - pay attention to any damages on the coachwork and tires. If you find any, contact our Infoline 222 266 244.

3. Unlock

For unlocking the car you need to click on the “unlock” button and scan your student card with a card reader. The card reader is placed behind the widescreen. Afterward, check the cleanliness inside the car and the presence of all entrance cards(VŠE, ČVUT). In case of finding any damages immediately call our Infoline. Don´t forget to adjust your seat and car mirrors.

1. Pull to a stop

In case of a puncture, make sure that the car is parked in an appropriate location so the traffic isn´t limited.

2. Stay safe

Turn on hazard warning lights, put on a high-visibility vest, and place a warning triangle behind a car (at least 50 meters on a road, 100 meters on a motorway).

3. Call Infoline

Call our Infoline +420 222 266 244 and follow the provided instructions.
